Effect of macrophage supernatant induced by HBEGF overexpression and negative control transfection of THP-1 on transcriptome mRNA of Huh-7 hepatoma cell

THP-1 cells were transfected with HBEGF overexpression and negative control full virus respectively. PMA (phorbol 12 myristate 13 acetate) was used to induce macrophages (um0). After serum-free culture, the supernatant was collected as macrophage (um0) conditioned medium. After Huh-7 cells were treated with HBEGF overexpression and negative macrophage (um0) conditioned medium respectively, 3 replicates in each group. The mRNA changes of the two groups were detected by transcriptome sequencing, Analyze the different genes, functions and pathways.
