本数据产品以“项目档案+质量追溯”双核驱动，静态侧完整收录安置区所在的区域、详细地址、项目类型、抗震等级、土壤类型等基础信息，形成可追溯的工程身份码；动态侧逐条记录每一施工阶段的材料类别、名称、规格、施工团队、验收结论、质量风险等级及配套风险控制措施，构建材料-工序-责任人-结果的全链路台账。通过时空关联与AI算法，系统可在开工前预测地质-材料匹配风险，施工中实时比对验收结果与风险等级并自动推送整改清单，竣工后生成可穿透的质量档案和后续维保建议。监管部门据此实现精准抽查，建设方降低返工与索赔成本，供应商提升质量信誉，安置居民获得透明可信的住房质量背书，全面支撑安置区建设的安全、透明与可持续运营。

This data product is driven by the dual core of 'project archive + quality traceability'. On the static side, it comprehensively collects basic information such as the region where the resettlement community is located, detailed address, project type, seismic fortification level, soil type and others, to form a traceable project identity code. On the dynamic side, it records item by item the material category, name, specification, construction team, acceptance conclusion, quality risk level and supporting risk control measures for each construction phase, and builds a full-chain ledger covering materials, procedures, responsible parties and outcomes. Through spatiotemporal correlation and AI algorithms, the system can predict geology-material matching risks prior to construction, conduct real-time comparison between acceptance results and risk levels during construction and automatically push rectification lists, and generate drill-down quality archives and subsequent maintenance and repair suggestions upon project completion. Based on this data product, regulatory authorities can carry out targeted spot checks, construction parties can reduce rework and claim costs, suppliers can enhance their quality reputation, resettled residents can obtain transparent and credible housing quality endorsements, and the safe, transparent and sustainable operation of resettlement community construction can be comprehensively supported.
