AMR resistance: module detection in Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae

I want to detect stable resistance modules over 20 years for 4 of the main pathogens via computer analysis in order to be able to do clinical research. If successful, the clinical research results could help future doctor to better prescribe antibiotics by knowing what global modules are circulating which can then help to determine what antibiotic a certain bacteria could be already resistant to.
