CLI Invasive Analysis Data (coordinates redacted)

All data used as input to regression analysis from both Smithsonian and gathered data sources. Coordinates are redacted in compliance with FIA privacy requirements. Please refer to the code available in this collection for the data processing that generated these files and to the article "Predicting vulnerability of forest patches to invasion by non-native plants for landscape scale management" in Ecological Applications for further background. This item also includes a species names crosswalk file used during the data processing step that was generated by the authors outside of the included scripts
