Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici Raw sequence reads

This study aims to characterize the landscape of RNA editing in Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici (Pst), the causal agent of wheat stripe rust. By performing high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) on Pst urediniospores, we systematically identified post-transcriptional RNA editing sites across the fungal transcriptome. The data generated provides insights into the regulatory role of RNA editing in gene expression and its potential contribution to the adaptation and pathogenicity of this destructive wheat pathogen.
