资源简介:

This dataset provides the processed data, figure source files and workflow outputs supporting the manuscript entitled “Conditional ecological memory governs Tibetan forest carbon stability under winter–spring snow drought and freeze–thaw disturbance”. The study evaluates whether winter–spring compound snow-drought and freeze–thaw disturbances cause universal carbon-loss enhancement in Tibetan forests or instead generate conditional ecological memory expressed as delayed carbon-sink-performance decline in a subset of event chains. The study region is Tibet, China, and the analytical domain is restricted to stable 500 m forest pixels within Tibet during 2001–2023. The dataset includes processed spatial frequency products, lagged event-chain tables, ecological-memory response classifications, pixel-level memory summaries, matched-control outputs, forest-cover consistency summaries, robustness-test outputs, hotspot metrics, figure source data and workflow documentation. The main response variable, carbon-loss intensity, represents an annual carbon-sink-performance anomaly rather than direct biomass carbon-stock loss. The data package is organized to support reproduction of the main tables, figures and supplementary analyses. Raw remote-sensing and reanalysis products are not redistributed here; they should be obtained from the original public data providers under their respective license conditions. Xun Wang and Qiang Yu contributed equally to the associated manuscript. Jie Lu is the first corresponding author.
