Slingshots

High framerate imaging data of a <em>P. aeruginosa </em>monolayer, analysed using FAST. Slingshots_Raw_Data.ome.zip is an archive containing the raw imaging data used for this dataset. Segmentations.zip contains the result of applying FAST's segmentation routine to the data in Slingshots_Raw_Data. Segmentation settings are specified in SegmentationSettings.mat. TrackabilityStore.mat contains the trackability data used to generate the inset of Fig. 4a of our manuscript. All other data is formatted according to the usual specifications of FAST. 本数据集为铜绿假单胞菌（P. aeruginosa）单层的高帧率成像数据，采用FAST进行分析。其中，Slingshots_Raw_Data.ome.zip 为归档文件，内含本数据集所用的原始成像数据。Segmentations.zip 存储了将FAST分割流程应用于Slingshots_Raw_Data中数据所得的分割结果。分割参数设置详见SegmentationSettings.mat文件。TrackabilityStore.mat 内含用于生成论文中图4a内嵌插图的可追踪性数据。其余所有数据均遵循FAST的标准格式进行存储。更多详情请参阅项目维基页面。
