亚波长粒度全光交换实验测试数据集主要面向基于硅光光电混合集成技术的Tb/s级低能耗光互连引擎及低能耗网络技术研究,主要记录了亚波长粒度全光交换实验结果、亚波长光时片业务实验结果、全线速100Mb/s实验结果等观测值,数据量145KB。
亚波长粒度全光交换实验B测试主要面向高速数据中心全光交换网络的细粒度交换需求建设,基于FPGA开发板实现的架顶交换机节点和半导体光放大器组成的亚波长粒度全光交换网络,由以太网络流量分析仪作为测量工具,主要记录了发送端的发送光包个数以及经过交换后,接收端接收到的光包个数,并计算出平均丢包率。经过统计分析,验证亚波长粒度全光交换的性能。
Subwavelength-granularity all-optical switching experimental test dataset is primarily intended for research on Tb/s-level low-power optical interconnect engines and low-power network technologies based on silicon photonic optoelectronic hybrid integration technology. It mainly records observed values including subwavelength-granularity all-optical switching experimental results, subwavelength optical time-slot service experimental results, and full-line-rate 100 Mbps experimental results, with a total data size of 145 KB. Subwavelength-granularity all-optical switching Experimental Test B is mainly developed to meet the fine-granularity switching requirements of high-speed data center all-optical switching networks. It constructs a subwavelength-granularity all-optical switching network composed of top-of-rack (ToR) switch nodes implemented via FPGA development boards and semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOAs), with an Ethernet traffic analyzer as the measurement tool. This test mainly records the number of optical packets transmitted by the transmitter and the number of optical packets received by the receiver after switching, and calculates the average packet loss rate. Statistical analysis is conducted to verify the performance of the subwavelength-granularity all-optical switching.
