Bridging the Digital Skill Gap: ICT-Driven Inclusion, Technology-Enabled Learning, and Organizational Justice in Indonesia's Digital Workforce

This study explores the influence of ICT-driven digital inclusion and technology-enabled learning systems on perceptions of organizational justice among Generation Z employees in Jakarta. A quantitative survey approach was applied to capture insights from employees across multiple sectors, and the data were analyzed using regression techniques. The findings reveal that both digital inclusion and technology-enabled learning positively shape organizational justice, with technology-enabled learning emerging as the stronger driver. These results emphasize the importance of ensuring equitable access to digital platforms and providing adaptive e-learning opportunities to enhance fairness in the digital workplace. By integrating inclusive ICT practices and immersive learning technologies, organizations can foster intergenerational collaboration, strengthen workforce resilience, and advance national readiness for the digital economy.
