ContractBot Clause Library v165 — Structured Database of EU Cross-Border Contract Clauses

ContractBot Clause Library (v165) is a structured legal dataset containing 165 harmonised contract clauses from 11 jurisdictions (Denmark, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Norway, Finland, Ukraine).Each clause is categorized by group (Parties, Governing Law, Dispute, GDPR, IP, Liability, Payment, Termination, etc.) and tagged with conditional metadata for automated, rule-based selection inside the ContractBot LegalTech system. The dataset supports AI-driven contract generation and comparative law analysis across EU and EEA jurisdictions.It forms part of the PhD project “AI Legal Counsel for Europe: Harmonising Contract Law through Intelligent Legal Tools” (University of Southern Denmark, SDU).
