本数据集为中国第19次南极科学考察中山站获得的电离层垂直探测观测资料。观测时间为2003年全年，由第19次南极科学考察中山站科考队员在南极现场观测获取。
This dataset comprises ionospheric vertical sounding observation data acquired at Zhongshan Station during China's 19th Antarctic Scientific Expedition. The observations span the full year of 2003 and were collected on-site by the expedition team members from this mission in Antarctica.
