资源简介:
This record contains the full set of simulation outputs used in the article:
Abián, D., Bernad, J., Ilarri, S. et al. Individual and collective gains from cooperation and reciprocity in a dynamic-network Prisoner’s Dilemma driven by extraversion, openness, and agreeableness. Sci Rep (2026). https://doi.org/10.1038/s41598-026-49942-w
The dataset comes from an agent-based model of a dynamic-network Prisoner’s Dilemma in which three continuous personality traits shape social behaviour: Extraversion sets each agent’s target number of concurrent partners; Openness controls how often agents search beyond friends-of-friends for new partners; and Agreeableness sets a baseline tendency to cooperate. At each interaction, agents blend this baseline with partner-specific history, and network ties are endogenously formed and cut as agents adjust their neighbourhoods.
The record includes three ZIP archives:
- grid_bigthree_dynet_pd.zip — main simulation grid reported in the main text.- grid_bigthree_dynet_pd_beta_robustness.zip — endpoint robustness analysis for β = 0 and β = 1, reported in the Supplementary Information.- grid_bigthree_dynet_pd_lambda_sensitivity.zip — sensitivity analysis for the global damping parameter λ = 0.3 and λ = 0.7, reported in the Supplementary Information.
Each ZIP is self-contained and follows the same internal organisation as the original archive: condition-level summaries and one folder per simulation run with parameters and time-series outputs.
Version note (v2): this version adds the two robustness-analysis archives introduced during revision and documented in the Supplementary Information.
If you use any part of this dataset, please cite the associated article and this Zenodo dataset version.
