2008年太湖水华微囊藻胞外多糖的化学特性和微生物降解数据集
太湖微囊藻胞外多糖(FEPS)的蛋白和糖醛酸含量分别为5.4%和6.9%，含5种中性单糖成分鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖，摩尔比为4.8:4.2:2.1:3.7:1.0。多糖中金属元素Ca和Mg含量较高。多糖可在接入太湖水样水样后立即开始降解， 26天后降解速度显著变慢。降解过程中，各种单糖的相对含量也发生了变化，但鼠李糖和阿拉伯糖两种单糖始终保持最高的含量。
