Data Set 1

This dataset contains survey responses from 201 university faculty members in India, collected to examine the relationship between authentic leadership, organizational trust, and job burnout. The data were gathered using validated Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through PLS-SEM. Findings indicate that organizational trust fully mediates the influence of authentic leadership on reducing job burnout. The dataset is anonymized and can be used for replication, comparative analysis, or extended research on leadership and faculty well-being.
