This dataset is derived from a three-wave longitudinal study examining how the Quality of AI Personalized Feedback (QAPF) influences the continuous adoption of AI learning tools among physical education majors in China. Grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the study investigates the roles of perceived ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PU), attitude toward use (ATU), behavioral intention to use (BIU), and actual use behavior (AUB).Data were collected at three time points in 2025: T1 measured QAPF, T2 measured PEOU, PU, ATU, and BIU, and T3 measured AUB. The final dataset includes 511 successfully matched valid responses from Chinese university students majoring in physical education aged 18 years and above. Structural equation modeling (SEM) and bootstrap analysis (5,000 resamples) were used to test multiple serial mediation pathways within the TAM framework.
