Supplementary Table 9. HJ singletons in descendants with WGS data

African fragments inferred by HAPMIX in the haploid mode in the 20 HJ descendants with WGS data. We list start and stop positions of each African fragment found in these HJ descendants and the number of so-called HJ singletons, i.e. alleles present in one or more of the 20 HJ descendants with WGS data but absent from the other 13,882 Icelanders with WGS data. For each fragment, we also report the mean and standard deviation of HJ singletons for non-African fragments between the same start and stop positions from the 20 HJ descendants with WGS data.

本数据集收录了通过单倍体模式下的HAPMIX软件，对20名携带全基因组测序（Whole Genome Sequencing, WGS）数据的HJ系后裔进行血统推断所得到的非洲源性片段。本数据集同时列出了在上述HJ系后裔中检出的每一段非洲源性片段的起始与终止位置，以及所谓的HJ专属单例等位基因（HJ singletons）的数量——该类等位基因仅存在于这20名携带WGS数据的HJ后裔中的1名或多名个体内，却在其余13882名携带WGS数据的冰岛人群中完全缺失。针对每一段非洲源性片段，本数据集还报告了从这20名携带WGS数据的HJ后裔中获取的、对应相同起始与终止位置的非非洲源性片段的HJ专属单例等位基因的均值与标准差。
