Pollen counts in sediment core SF-09 obtained along the coastal plain of Babitonga Bay-Santa Catarina-Brazil

Fieldwork was conducted in August 2017 to sample sediment cores. The sediment cores were subsampled (1 cm³) at 5 cm intervals, resulting in a total of 125 samples that were processed using standard pollen analytical techniques, including acetolysis (Faegri and Iversen, 1989).

本研究于2017年8月开展野外采样工作，采集沉积物岩芯样品。随后以5厘米为间隔对沉积物岩芯进行分样，每份分样体积为1立方厘米，最终共获得125份样品。所有样品均采用标准孢粉分析技术进行处理，其中包含乙酰解（acetolysis）实验（参照Faegri与Iversen，1989年的方法）。
