This dataset conducts statistical analysis on the consumption data of wool product laundry users in Shandong Province. It constructs user profiles based on historical order data, formulates user tags, identifies user consumption tiers, and provides data support for enterprises to deploy intelligent shared self-service laundry pickup and delivery cabinets at their cooperative laundry stores across Shandong Province and develop targeted advertising and marketing strategies, thereby helping enterprises accurately grasp market dynamics, enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen market competitiveness.
1. Data Collection: Data is collected through the laundry platform backend, recording the 2023 annual wool product laundry frequency and expenditure of users within Shandong Province, with the currency unit being "Yuan (CNY)".
2. Data Processing: Wool product laundry consumption proportion = (a user's wool product laundry expenditure / the user's total laundry expenditure) * 100%.
3. Data Classification: The proportion of a user's wool product laundry consumption in their total laundry expenditure is ranked from largest to smallest. The ABCDEF classification method is applied for consumption categorization: users with a proportion greater than or equal to 1% are categorized as "Class A Consumption"; users with a proportion between less than 1% and greater than or equal to 0.8% are categorized as "Class B Consumption"; users with a proportion between less than 0.8% and greater than or equal to 0.6% are categorized as "Class C Consumption"; users with a proportion between less than 0.6% and greater than or equal to 0.4% are categorized as "Class D Consumption"; users with a proportion between less than 0.4% and greater than or equal to 0.2% are categorized as "Class E Consumption"; and users with a proportion less than 0.2% are categorized as "Class F Consumption".
