MC252 Oil Toxicity to Americamysis bahia, Lysmata boggessi, and two Deep-Sea Crustaceans

Laboratory toxicity tests were completed with each species using passively dosed MC252 oil for 48 hours. Species exposed were Americamysis bahia, Lysmata boggessi, Janicella spinacauda, and Euphausiidae. Percent mortality at each exposure level was used to determine threshold concentrations via generalized linear modeling.

本研究针对各受试物种，采用被动投加的MC252原油开展了为期48小时的实验室毒性试验。受试物种包括Americamysis bahia、Lysmata boggessi、Janicella spinacauda以及Euphausiidae。以各暴露浓度下的死亡率百分比为评价指标，通过广义线性模型（generalized linear modeling）计算得到相应的毒性阈值浓度。
