Example data and metadata descriptions for Purchase Assistant: a DECIDE tool

This record contains example datasets for the Purchase Assistant (10.5281/zenodo.20934161), which was developed within the EU Horizon 2020 project DECIDE. The metadata file (Metadata_Purchase_Assistant.xlsx) is an Excel file with one tab for each data table used in the tool, and one tab for each catalogue used by categorical variables in those tables. The example datasets include: counties.csv: A comma-separated file containing the names and numeric IDs of the counties of Sweden. Corresponds to the "table.counties" tab in the metadata file. dt_fake_sellers2App.csv: A comma-separated file of cattle herd data including salmonella and mycoplasma test results, ringworm vaccination status, and animal types and breeds (in Swedish). Corresponds to the "table.dt_fake_sellers" tab in the metadata file. dt_fake_sellers2App_english.csv: The same cattle herd data as above, with animal types and breeds in English. Corresponds to the "table.dt_fake_sellers_english" tab in the metadata file. dt_mycoplasma2App.csv: A comma-separated file of mycoplasma test results per herd over time. Corresponds to the "table.mycoplasma" tab in the metadata file. dt_salmonella2App.csv: A comma-separated file of salmonella test results per herd over time. Corresponds to the "table.salmonella" tab in the metadata file. N.B.: variable and column names are in English, while data values in dt_fake_sellers2App.csv are in Swedish.
