Annual reports provide an overview of the work of an agency work during the reporting year. Most reporting years are for the financial year ending 30 June, though earlier twentieth century reports may have been for the calendar year ending 31 December.

年度报告旨在概述报告年度内相关机构的工作开展情况。多数报告年度对应于以6月30日为终了日的财政年度，不过20世纪早期的部分报告可能采用以12月31日为终了日的日历年度作为报告周期。
