Tasquinimod is a new immunomodulatory treatment for MM that is in phase I/II clinical evaluation in patients with relapsed/refractory MM. In the present study, we evaluated the effect of tasquinimod on MM cells using RNA sequencing to provide more mechanistic insights into the observed tasquinimod-mediated anti-tumor effects.
