Results of Verifying the differentially expressed genes obtained by ON_score_5

The results of verifying the characteristics of DEGs by OS dataset with ON_score_5. It includes enrichment analysis for the 493 most upregulated genes and the 492 most downregulated genes with ON_score_5, and ON_score_5 for the most ten upregulated and downregulated genes after extraction of annotated genes with GO:0006979 response to oxidative stress.

通过搭载ON_score_5评分的OS数据集（Oxidative Stress Dataset）验证差异表达基因（Differentially Expressed Genes, DEGs）特征的相关结果包含以下两项分析：其一，对携带ON_score_5评分的493个上调程度最高的基因与492个下调程度最高的基因开展富集分析；其二，对经GO:0006979（氧化应激响应）注释的基因筛选得到的前10个上调及下调基因进行ON_score_5评分分析。
