Conducting business value assessment on technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Lishui Songyang helps business personnel gain an intuitive understanding of the enterprises' basic R&D and technological innovation capabilities. It provides value judgments and guidance on development order and priority for further developing subsequent project consulting services such as high-tech enterprise-related projects, and assists business development leaders in coordinating and planning the business development work of consulting service intermediaries for relevant projects of provincial science and technology departments.

Scoring Rules:
1. 10 points will be awarded if the enterprise has an official website; otherwise, 0 points will be granted.
2. If the enterprise's registration status is neither existing, operating nor suspended, the customer value score will be directly set to 0.
3. 2 points for enterprise size XS (micro), 4 points for S (small), 8 points for M (medium), and 16 points for L (large).
4. The score for this item is calculated as (registered capital) / 100.
5. (Establishment Date - Data Export Date, i.e., November 28, 2023) / 365
6. 5 points for follow-up status "Intent", 1 point for "Temporarily Shelved", 10 points for "Visited", 10 points for "Initial Visit", 20 points for "Waiting for Payment", and 30 points for "Closed Deal".
The final customer value score is obtained by summing the above scores and rounding to the nearest whole number.
