Description of the draft genome sequences of 284 Xanthomonas citri pv. citri strains causing Asiatic citrus canker

Details of the genome assembly of 284 Xanthomonas citri pv. citri strains from a worldwide collection. Sequences were obtained using Illumina short read sequencing. Some isolates were also sequenced using Nanopore long read sequencing.
