Whole genome sequencing of Labrenzia aggregata CECT 4801. Labrenzia aggregata CECT 4801

Labrenzia aggregata is a member of the family Rhodobacteraceae reclassified in 2007 by Biebl et al. as a comb. nov. of Stappia aggregata (Uchino et al. 1998) sp. nov., nom.rev. of an isolate assigned to Agrobacterium genus by Ahrens et al in 1968. Genome sequencing of Labrenzia aggregata CECT 4801 was done using the Illumina Miseq system by the Central Service of Support to Experimental Research (SCSIE) of the University of Valencia (Spain).
