Vibrio alginolyticus transcriptome sequencing

The cultured Vibrio alginolyticus wild strains were treated with astragalus and coptis, and samples were taken for transcriptome sequencing at 2 hours and 4 hours after treatment, and the wild strain of Vibrio alginolyticus was used as a control. The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes in the transcriptome of Vibrio alginolyticus after treatment by two kinds of Chinese medicine.
