Single cell RNA-seq analysis for spleen tissue isolated from mice under steady state, and subjected to phenohydrazine (PHZ) and bleeding treatment respectively. Single cell RNA-seq analysis for bone marrow cells isolated from mice under steady state. Mice were subjected to PHZ and bleeding induced acute anemic stresses, live cells from spleen under each condition were isolated for scRNA-seq. Live cells isolated from fresh murine bone marrow were isolated for scRNA-seq.
