1、环境要求：室内/室外，亮度＞100lux，目标清晰，画面中光线均匀，无强背光、无强逆光，无过亮过暗现象
2、视频分辨率：不低于720P
3、检测目标需求：人体至少2/3未被遮挡，人头至少2/3未被遮挡，人体像素大于100*40
4、色彩要求：彩色

This dataset is developed to detect whether motorcycle riders (including electric vehicle riders) wear helmets within a specified area, and trigger an alarm if a rider fails to wear a helmet.
Accuracy-related applicable scenarios and constraint conditions:
1. Environmental requirements: Indoor or outdoor scenarios, with illuminance greater than 100 lux, clear targets, uniform lighting in the frame, no strong backlight, no strong contre-jour, no over-bright or over-dark conditions.
2. Video resolution: No less than 720P.
3. Detection target requirements: At least two-thirds of the human body is unobstructed, at least two-thirds of the human head is unobstructed, and the human body occupies more than 100×40 pixels.
4. Color requirement: Must be in color.
