通过中国工程机械工业协会工业车辆分会每月公布的基本数据，分析美洲各个国家对电动乘驾式仓储叉车的需求，计算每个国家的全年订货总量、平均每月订货量、订货波动率和订货等级，为国内生产该产品并有意出口美洲市场的公司提供数据支撑，助力该类公司更好的进行美洲市场开拓，提升出口成功率。1.数据采集：通过中国工程机械工业协会工业车辆分会每月公布的基本数据进行采集。 2.数据处理：对基础数据进行分类和处理，计算出美洲各国电动乘驾式仓储叉车产品全年订货总量，平均每月订货量，订货波动率，并对该国根据自己设定的标准赋予该国订货等级。 3.算法加工：根据公式φ=STDEV.S/AVERAGE计算，φ为订货波动率，STDEV.S该国1-12月每月订货量的标准偏差，STDEV.S= √[∑(Xn -AVERAGE)^2/11] ，Xn为每月订货量，AVERAGE为该国1-12月平均每月订货量，从而计算出订货波动率。当φ≤50%时，该国为订货强稳定型国家；当50%＜φ≤100%时，该国为订货一般稳定型国家；当φ＞100%时，该国为订货不稳定型国家。对年订货总量0-25台，26-50台，51-120台，121-240台和241台及以上的国家订货等级分别赋予E,D,C,B,A等。对于等级越高订货波动率越小说明该国对国内该类产品需求越旺盛，进行美洲市场开拓时成功率越高。

This dataset analyzes the demand for electric ride-on warehouse forklifts across countries in the Americas based on monthly official data published by the Industrial Trucks Branch of China Construction Machinery Industry Association. It calculates the annual total order quantity, average monthly order quantity, order volatility, and order level for each country, providing data support for domestic enterprises that produce this product and intend to export to the American market, so as to help such enterprises better develop the American market and improve export success rates.

1. Data Collection: Data is collected from the monthly released basic data of the Industrial Trucks Branch of China Construction Machinery Industry Association.
2. Data Processing: Classify and preprocess the raw data, compute the annual total order quantity, average monthly order quantity and order volatility of electric ride-on warehouse forklifts for each American country, and assign an order level to each country according to a custom-defined standard.
3. Algorithm-based Calculation: The order volatility φ is calculated using the formula φ = STDEV.S / AVERAGE, where:
- φ represents the order volatility;
- STDEV.S is the sample standard deviation of the monthly order quantities of the country from January to December, calculated as STDEV.S = √[∑(Xn - AVERAGE)² / 11];
- Xn denotes the monthly order quantity, and AVERAGE refers to the average monthly order quantity of the country over January to December.
Countries are classified into three order stability types:
- Strongly stable order type when φ ≤ 50%;
- Generally stable order type when 50% < φ ≤ 100%;
- Unstable order type when φ > 100%.
Additionally, countries are assigned order levels E, D, C, B, A corresponding to annual total order quantities of 0-25 units, 26-50 units, 51-120 units, 121-240 units, and 241 units and above respectively. A higher order level (accompanied by smaller order volatility) signifies more robust demand for this product in the target country, resulting in a higher success rate when developing the American market.
