为餐厨垃圾利用不同处理工艺进行全生命周期评价提供数据来源。综合收集大量餐厨垃圾有关数据（背景数据、好氧堆肥类、厌氧消化类、厌氧消化联合处理类、餐厨垃圾渗滤液检测、上海餐厨垃圾组分检测数据、餐厨垃圾重金属检测数据、餐厨垃圾VOC检测数据、堆肥组分检测数据和不同地区餐厨垃圾组分检测数据）和餐厨垃圾处理过程中潜在风险因子数据库。厌氧消化类数据源自上海老港餐厨垃圾处理厂，好氧厌氧联合数据源自文鑫餐厨垃圾处理厂，背景数据集从SimPro软件中调取.

This dataset serves as a data source for conducting life cycle assessments of different treatment processes for food waste utilization. It comprehensively collects a large volume of food waste-related data, including background data, aerobic composting-related data, anaerobic digestion-related data, combined anaerobic digestion treatment-related data, food waste leachate detection data, food waste component detection data from Shanghai, food waste heavy metal detection data, food waste VOC detection data, compost component detection data, food waste component detection data from different regions, as well as a database of potential risk factors during food waste treatment processes. The anaerobic digestion-related data is sourced from the Shanghai Laogang Food Waste Treatment Plant, the combined aerobic-anaerobic treatment data is derived from the Wenxin Food Waste Treatment Plant, and the background dataset is retrieved from the SimPro software.
