Structural and Optical Evolution of Graphene Oxide Synthesized via an Improved Two-Step Oxidation Route

This dataset contains the raw characterization data, including X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectra, and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM/EDS) images used to investigate the structural and electronic properties of graphene oxide synthesized via a modified two-step Hummers’ method.
