企业在设备定期检修前,对车床的加工精度进行检测判定,预估其维修项目以及维修程度以便可以提早准备备件及维修资金本算法是对车床加工精度的检测判定。如CA6140车床即将定期检修,抽取该机床加工件100个,取样的加工件为传动轴,其轴头图纸尺寸为35mm,公差[-0.02,-0.15],用千分尺测量取样的传动轴轴头Mn(n为1至100),每个轴头加工处直径测量3处,记作d1、d2、d3,相邻检测点之间夹角为60°,对轴头Mn的三处直径进行求平均值,获得Mn的平均轴头直径D=(d1+d2+d3)/3,将D减去轴头图纸尺寸的中心值,从而获得差值。

Before regular equipment maintenance, enterprises conduct detection and judgment on the machining accuracy of lathes, predict their maintenance items and maintenance degrees so as to prepare spare parts and maintenance funds in advance. This algorithm is used for the detection and judgment of lathe machining accuracy. For example, when a CA6140 lathe is about to undergo regular maintenance, 100 machined parts are sampled from this machine tool. The sampled parts are drive shafts, and the drawing size of their shaft heads is 35mm with a tolerance of [-0.02, -0.15]. The shaft heads of the sampled drive shafts Mₙ (where n ranges from 1 to 100) are measured with a micrometer. Three measurements are taken for the diameter at the machining position of each shaft head, denoted as d₁, d₂, and d₃, with an angle of 60° between adjacent detection points. The average value of the three diameters of the shaft head Mₙ is calculated to obtain the average shaft head diameter D of Mₙ: D = (d₁ + d₂ + d₃)/3. Subtract the central value of the drawing size of the shaft head from D to obtain the difference value.
