Primary tumors and their corresponding P2 mouse xenografts were surveyed for gene expression using the RNA-sequencing approach. Overall design: 20 primary colon tumours ("p0"), their respective P2 xenografts ("p2") and 17 primary colon tumours for which creating a xenograft failed ("noPDX").
