Single Cell Sequencing of Murine Common Bile Duct

The goal of this study was to map out the populations of cells in the murine common bile duct using single cell RNA sequencing. One sample was used that was comprised of the common bile duct from two male animals本研究旨在利用单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA sequencing）技术绘制小鼠胆总管的细胞群体图谱。本次研究所用样本取自两只雄性动物的胆总管组织。
