The districts provide additional development options for the properties mapped as specified in Article 4 Division D of the Revised 1993 Zoning Ordinance. Purpose: This layer is used to depict the properties along the Route 28 Corridor that are mapped for the Rt. 28 Optional Overlay Districts. The Rt. 28 Optional Overlay Districts are intended to provide planned development and incentive zoning as tools to coordinate new development with the Route 28 Corridor Plans goals and objectives.
