资源简介:
In this study, the properties of circulating EVs were examined in cerebral palsy (CP) and typically developed (TD) individuals at rest and after aerobic exercise. We performed small RNA-seq and focused on the microRNA cargo of EVs. The role of miR-486 was further explored using cell culture experiments. Overall design: We investigated the effects of miR-486 on C2C12 myoblasts to a control scramble miRNA. N=3 per condition.
