UCI Wastewater-Based Surveillance Data (SARS-CoV-2 and PMMoV datasets)

Wastewater surveillance data collected through a wastewater sampling campaign at the University of California Irvine (UCI) conducted between December 2021 and June 2022 from 13 sewer manholes serving 7 communities with population sizes between 300 and 4000 people. The samples were analyzed using the Bio-Rad PREvalence ddPCR SARS-CoV-2 Wastewater Quantification Kit, and raw data were retrieved using the PREvalence Wastewater Automated Analysis Application. The dataset shows SARS-CoV-2 N2 and E gene concentrations and Pepper Mild Mottle Virus (PMMoV) concentrations in raw wastewater samples detected using RT-ddPCR.

本数据集涵盖2021年12月至2022年6月期间，于加利福尼亚大学欧文分校（University of California Irvine, UCI）开展的废水采样项目所获监测数据：采样点位为13座污水井，服务7个人口规模介于300至4000人的社区。所有样本均采用伯乐（Bio-Rad）PREvalence ddPCR新型冠状病毒（SARS-CoV-2）废水定量试剂盒完成分析，原始数据通过PREvalence废水自动化分析应用程序导出。本数据集包含经逆转录数字PCR（RT-ddPCR）检测得到的原废水样本中新型冠状病毒（SARS-CoV-2）N2基因、E基因浓度，以及辣椒轻斑驳病毒（Pepper Mild Mottle Virus, PMMoV）浓度数据。
