资源简介:
The immunological barrier in organ transplantation can lead to graft rejection due to the activation of the recipient's immune system. Macrophages play a crucial role in this process. The common approach is to suppress adaptive immunity, but innate immunity can still trigger alloimmune responses. The M2c macrophages have immunosuppressive ability that potentially reduce allograft rejection. However, their specific role at the transcriptomic level is not well understood. We aimed to use RNA-seq data to analyze the gene expression of Dexamethasone-induced M2c macrophages to understand their role in allograft rejection and identify potential therapeutic targets.
