Here, with a comprehensive analysis of over 98,000 RNA editing sites across six cancer types in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, where tumor samples were stratified as sensitive or resistant to 18 anti-cancer drugs, we systematically identified 7,157 differential editing sites (DESs), indicating their potential response to treatment.

本研究针对癌症基因组图谱（The Cancer Genome Atlas, TCGA）数据库中6种癌症类型的逾98000个RNA编辑位点开展全面分析，将肿瘤样本按其对18种抗肿瘤药物的响应情况划分为敏感组与耐药组，随后系统鉴定出7157个差异编辑位点（differential editing sites, DESs），提示这些位点可能与治疗响应存在关联。
