“一带一路”沿线国水资源承载力限制性分类/分区是水资源承载力评价的重要成果之一。水资源承载力的限制性分类/分区方法：基于遥感、统计和调研等多源数据，结合水资源可利用量与人均综合用水评价研究，根据资源供给与需求的平衡关系，从水土平衡、人水平衡的角度，定量评价绿色丝绸之路沿线国家和地区的水资源承载力，研究水资源承载力评价的阈值体系，对沿线国家水资源承载力的限制性分类/分区，为水资源安全预警、水资源承载力增强调控策略提供依据。

Restrictive classification and zoning of water resources carrying capacity (WRCC) for countries along the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) constitutes one of the key outcomes of WRCC assessment. The methodology for this classification and zoning is as follows: Drawing on multi-source data including remote sensing, statistical datasets and field investigations, and combined with studies on the evaluation of water resources availability and per capita comprehensive water use, this study quantitatively evaluates the WRCC of countries and regions along the Green Silk Road based on the balance between resource supply and demand, from the perspectives of soil-water balance and human-water balance. It additionally establishes the threshold system for WRCC assessment, conducts restrictive classification and zoning of WRCC for BRI countries, and provides a scientific basis for water resources security early warning and regulatory strategies to enhance water resources carrying capacity.
