本数据集收录了2009年于美国马萨诸塞州楠塔基特县塔克尔纳克岛（Tuckernuck Island, Nantucket County, MA, USA）两日采集的美洲千足虫（Narceus americanus）尸体测量数据。所有采集样本均无头，采自该岛周边的土路沿线。

*数据字典：*
- 千足虫编号（MillipedeID）：与13具千足虫尸体照片对应的编号
- 采集日期（Date）：尸体被发现的日期
- 剩余完整体节数（Intact Segments Left）：虫体未受损体节的计数
- 腐烂程度（Condition）：主观评估头部被切除的时间远近
- 虫体长度（Length）：尸体长度，单位为毫米（mm）
- 中部体宽（Width @ middle）：虫体长度中点处的体宽，单位为毫米（mm）
