This project has four main objectives:
1 Whole Genome Sequencing and Functional Annotation of Eucommia ulmoides: To reveal the genomic structure and genetic diversity of Eucommia ulmoides.
2 Transcriptomic Studies: To investigate the gene expression profiles of Eucommia ulmoides at different developmental stages and physiological states, identifying key genes related to growth and development, rubber synthesis, and medicinal compound synthesis.
3 Analysis of Biosynthetic Mechanisms of Active Components: To elucidate the biosynthetic pathways of bioactive compounds in Eucommia ulmoides, guiding the regulation of target compound production.
4 Molecular Marker-Assisted Breeding and Genetic Engineering: To improve the biomass yield, rubber production, and medicinal value of Eucommia ulmoides through molecular marker-assisted breeding and genetic modification.
本项目共包含四大核心目标:
1 杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides)全基因组测序与功能注释:解析杜仲的基因组结构与遗传多样性。
2 转录组学研究:探究杜仲在不同发育阶段与生理状态下的基因表达谱,筛选与生长发育、橡胶合成及药用成分合成相关的关键基因。
3 活性成分生物合成机制解析:阐明杜仲中生物活性成分的生物合成途径,为目标化合物的生产调控提供指导。
4 分子标记辅助育种与基因工程:通过分子标记辅助育种与基因改造技术,提升杜仲的生物量产量、橡胶产出与药用价值。
