The deposited dataset contains experimental data supporting the study of solid-state mixing of immiscible polymer blends processed by high-pressure torsion (HPT). The investigated systems include ABS/PET, PETG/PBT, and PLA/PBT polymer blends subjected to different processing conditions, including variations in pressure and accumulated shear strain.The dataset includes numerical data used to construct the phase diagram describing the transition from immiscible two-phase polymer blends to homogeneous single-phase systems during severe plastic deformation in the solid state.The collection also includes X-ray diffraction data used to analyze the order–disorder transition in the investigated blends. These data describe the dependence of the amorphous halo peak intensity on pressure, accumulated shear strain, and torsion speed during HPT processing.The provided materials are supplied as Excel files containing the experimental values used in the analysis presented in the associated scientific publication.
