Dataset for common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) grain and flour characterization using classical and advanced analyses: farinograph and alveograph curves

The dataset includes raw data files for alveogram and farinograph measurements. These data are available in .txt or .xls files formats. All the files are organized into folders by year of harvest, with one sub-folder for each sample. For the alveogram, filenames correspond to the sample code. By example 20-00872.txt is the raw data file associated with the sample 20-00872. For the farinograph, filenames include the sample code in the filename which is composed of 4 groups of figures. By example ‘865 22 20 00886.xls’ is the raw data file associated with the sample 20-00886.

本数据集包含吹泡仪（alveogram）与粉质仪（farinograph）检测的原始数据文件。此类数据以.txt或.xls格式存储。所有文件按收获年份分组至对应文件夹中，每个样本对应一个子文件夹。对于吹泡仪数据，文件名与样本编码一一对应，例如20-00872.txt即为与样本20-00872对应的原始数据文件。对于粉质仪数据，文件名包含由四组数字组成的样本编码，例如‘865 22 20 00886.xls’即为与样本20-00886对应的原始数据文件。
