The algorithmic implementations are as follows: (1) Raw water constant flow control, which ensures the stability of process water and effluent quality of the water plant; (2) Precise control of the storage volume of the clean water reservoir, with automatic peak-valley water consumption regulation to guarantee water supply safety.
