Reflectance intensity dataset of green coffee beans (four origins) measured with AS7265X sensor

This dataset contains reflectance intensity measurements of green coffee beans from 4 origins in Indonesia collected using the AS7265X multispectral sensor module. The sensor provides 18 discrete spectral bands across the visible to near-infrared region (410-940 nm) derived from three alternately lit LEDs (violet, white, and IR) and captured by each of the six photodiode channels. Furthermore, this dataset includes 12 additional spectral data sets by alternating the activation of the violet and white LEDs. This allows for more information to be captured by the sensor, including the fluorescence properties resulting from the activation of the violet LED, captured by six wavelengths in the visible region.

Each sample entry consists of label (origin of Indonesian coffee), and the intensity values obtained from the AS7265X sensor for all available wavelength channels. The reflectance intensity values are original sensor outputs, which can be used directly or further calibrated depending on the classification objectives. It provides a foundation for exploring non-destructive sensing techniques to classify green coffee beans based on species and origin.
