Based on the transcriptomic data, we reconstructed the phylogenetic relationships of the four diploid species of Allium subgenus Cyathophora, with A. przewalskianum used as an outgroup. A total of 1,262 single-copy gens were extracted from the assembled transcripts for gene tree reconstruction.

本研究基于转录组数据（transcriptomic data），对葱属杯花亚属（Allium subgenus Cyathophora）的4个二倍体物种重建了系统发育关系，并以普鲁氏葱（A. przewalskianum）作为外类群（outgroup）。研究从组装后的转录本（assembled transcripts）中共提取得到1262个单拷贝基因（single-copy genes），用于基因树（gene tree）的构建。
