In this study we performed a shotgun metagenomics sequencing on stool samples of 3xTG mice and WT mice in order to profile their gut microbiome. AD samples and WT samples were profiled at different timepoints (T0 = 3 months; T1 = 6 months; T2 = 12 months). Per each timepoint and each group, 6 mice were recruited.
