Dataset for Black Tea Fermentation Detection based on Image Processing and Machine Learning Techniques

This is a dataset on black tea fermentation. The dataset contains black tea fermentation conditions and images. The fermentation conditions captured are: temperature, humidty and time. The images belong to black tea as they underwent the fermentation process. The dataset was collected in Sisibo tea factory, Kenya in July and August 2020.

本数据集为红茶发酵专项数据集，包含红茶发酵条件与发酵过程图像两类数据。所采集的发酵条件参数涵盖温度、湿度与发酵时长；所有图像均为处于发酵进程中的红茶样本。该数据集于2020年7月至8月在肯尼亚西斯博（Sisibo）茶叶加工厂采集获得。
